Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through the assessment form, contact email, calls or any Meta lead form campaign. Do not send confidential client files, secrets, source code, sensitive personal information or detailed project documents before a scoped review path is agreed.
Website, campaign and analytics data
Campaign links may include UTM parameters. Do not place personal information in URL parameters. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for aggregate traffic after the Cloudflare migration.
Meta ads and lead forms
If you submit information through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. This site should not send form contents or sensitive information to advertising analytics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess workflow fit, arrange calls, prepare proposals, protect the website, measure campaign performance and send direct marketing only where allowed by law.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell lead data. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, anti-spam checks, lead delivery and business systems. Inactive assessment enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion or de-identification within 24 months unless there is a continuing business or legal reason.
